By recognizing patterns such as negative self-talk or avoidance behaviours, we can take steps to change them and boost our resilience and well-being. Evidence-based coping strategies, such as mindfulness or cognitive-behavioural therapy, can be incredibly effective in helping us build these new mental habits. By committing to this process and remaining open to change, we can achieve greater fulfilment at work and enhance our overall quality of life.
