In this workshop, we will delve into the typical working day and examine the effects of our modern lifestyle on our health. We will explore important concepts such as managing sleep and blood sugar levels and building a healthy day-on-a-plate. Additionally, we will provide tips for developing a positive relationship with energy "band-aids" such as sugar, caffeine, and alcohol. By the end of this workshop, participants will learn a deeper understanding of prioritising their health in their busy lives.
