Compassion and empathy practice not only helps build and maintain great relationships but also helps reduce stress, anxiety and create happiness both for ourselves and others. It also gives us another layer of support for dealing with resilience, acceptance and change. 


During this session, we'll help you to understand the differences between compassion and empathy and why it is important in the workplace environment to help create the best relationship between leaders and their teams.
