The 5 pillars evidence-based wellness program is about coming home again to how we used to live, naturally! The longest living people on the planet (The Blue Zones) adhere to these principles. What are these and why don't we just follow what they do?
 
In this course, you will learn the specifics in these 5 categories on what you can incorporate into your lifestyle today: fresh whole foods, sleep, exercise, mindfulness/meditation & relationships (loved ones, friends, family etc).
